Had this happen to me while rushing my pregnant wife to the hospital to deliver our second child. A car saw me coming from behind and hopped over in the passing lane and paced the car next to him. It was around midnight and we were the only three cars on the road at the time. After flashing my lights several times, I put my brights on and laid on the horn for at least a minute. The moron finally got over. My son was born 30 minutes after we got to the hospital.
