I think the most common term used now days is 'democracy'. Establishing 'democracies' would/could be the vehicle for the world populace for voting on who's who of global governor.

Note that there is no other nation in this world that declared that "right" are endowed by the Creator and no man/government can take.

That is what this left vs. right fight comes down to.
