Not necessarily Gaddy, but every now and then one of these stories will hit the news where someone used sex to snooker a judge into granting them access to grandma's treasurehouse.

The whole premise of the story is very believable, and I, myself, was victimized by a weekend order after an ex parte hearing, so I know there are stupid judges in this world.

Just clarifying. Guess that's been going on since the beginning of time. As for the WND report, as I mentioned on another post, I suspect a few relevant facts may be missing, but maybe it's completely accurate, in which case, Gaddy, the hospice, and the judge will have quite a bit of trouble ahead. I'm willing to wait to hear the other side.
