How long before we hear "She brought this on herself?" Will that come before or after "She's subhuman?"
Did the Hospice where Terri (was ILLEGALLY spririted off two from a legitimate nursing home by her "husband" and Felos)spent FIVE YEARS, NOT KNOW, that she was NOT terminal?
GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
Yet they not only accepted her, they allowed her to remain there (contrary to their policies which suggests that they accept ONLY those who are terminal and has about SIX MONTHS, or so, to live) and thereafter, were willing participants in her State-sponsored "Execution."
LOL. I think some of them are already fit that description. But seriously, it takes great skill at dissembling to compose an opinion that suits the predetermined outcome.
You got that right!
Hey, all you "dump on WND" freepers, you need to put your glasses on and re-read WND's story once again.
Much as so many are acusing some of us who are outraged at this situation of jumping to conclusions and waiting to learn all the facts, it appears that some of "you" have been negligent in your own "due dilligence."
NOWHERE, in this story does it reference this "taking place in Florida!!"
The ONLY reference to Florida, is in making a comparison to the Schiavo case:
"In a situation · recalling the recent death of Terri Schiavo in Florida, an 81-year-old widow, denied nourishment and fluids for nearly two weeks, is clinging to life· in a hospice in LaGrange, Ga., while her immediate family fights desperately to save her life before she dies of starvation and dehydration."

It seems to me the most disturbing part of this story is the institutional indifference of the mass media. We're teasing about the tabloid nature of WND - but it's a much worse harbinger if WND is the only outlet that cares enough to report it.
That, my friends is the slippery slope. Public indifference.
In many cases, it is cold blooded murder. That is of course the real significance of the Terri Schindler (I refuse to call her Schiavo) murder.
Hi :)
lol sorry that was supposed to be on another thread, not this one.
Have you heard about this?
NOWHERE, in this story does it reference this "taking place in Florida!!" The ONLY reference to Florida, is in making a comparison to the Schiavo case:
This is what was reported by WND:
Florida law requires that a hearing for an emergency guardianship must be held within three days of its request, and Magouirk's hearing was held April 4 before Judge Boyd. Apparently, he has not made a final ruling, but favors giving permanent guardianship power to Gaddy, who is anxious to end her grandmother's life.
Again I would encourage you to read first before making a foolish statement. Any other complaints about my "due diligence"?
It would seem that WND was in such a hurry to fan the flames that it failed to edit its story.
It's amazing how many people think this is all ok.
Not really. I'm content to sit back and watch while the circus comes to town. I'm sure that the Pope's funeral should be set aside so that President Bush can return to the White House to sign the soon to pass new and improved federal Magouirk law. Then we can send in the troops to rescue poor Mae, and arrest Gaddy, the judge and the staff of the hospice.....
Or as some have suggested here, we could just wait first to see how much of this is true before issuing our condemnations.
Next time, read the article before you post so you don't look so silly.
There was some pretty impressive direct contact information placed on the thread last evening. The Moderator has deleted the post however because of the personal information in it.
Yeah, I noticed that. I think the poster has reposted his information. A couple of them have done quite a bit of sleuthing. I will get a cup of coffee, and sit down to see if anything new crops up. I do hope it's not as first reported, but by end of morning I think the more energetic Freepers will likely have some info.
"Big government" is the problem (Unless you are a lawyer, judge or politician without a conscious) by using legal gymnastics on it's countless number of "laws".
Abortion on demand a right in the Constitution? Only if you have a perverted imagination.
