Liberals may think of themselves as people who believe in certain principles but, if you observe their actual behavior, you are likely to discover most liberals have a certain set of attitudes, rather than principles. Liberals may denounce "greed," for example, but in practice it all depends on whose greed. Nothing the government does is ever likely to be called "greed" by liberals. Even when the government confiscated more than half the income of some people in taxes, that was not greed, as far as the left was concerned. Nor is it greed to them when local politicians across the country bulldoze whole working-class neighborhoods, destroying homes people spent a lifetime sacrificing to buy and paying them less than the market value of those homes through

Liberals are people who think everybody is a phony and out to rip them off because that's what all the people they hang around with are like -- their fellow hypocritical liberals. That's why they are such pessimists and have a dismal outlook for the future. All they know are people like themselves. You'd want to pull the plug on them too -- if you knew them.

They're usually to be found at the state legislatures lobbying their representatives to get paid 2-3 times what everybody else is making -- because they're the only deserving people in society. Everybody but them are greedy; they're only demanding more than everybody else because they're truly deserving.
