They might have not choice. BTW, if Iran gets nuclear the outcome will be that USA and Israel will improve the relations with Iran and as a result Iran will become more pro-Western. The law of unintended consequences works both ways.

This dreamy theory will NEVER work in the case of the mullahs controlling Iran. Remember Iranian nation IS already pro-Western, or more accurately pro-USA. Not so the mullahs. They understand existentially that the day they are described "pro-USA" is the day they are sitting in an Iranian jail waiting their trial for Crimes Against Humanity.

The chances they will go quietly into that good night is nil.
