"So whaddya think?"

Three words, "More research needed". Seems to conflict with other things I've read; for example:

"Glaucoma? It borders on malpractice to give marijuana for glaucoma. While it can reduce intraocular pressure (with huge doses of pot), it also can constrict blood supply to the optic nerve, exacerbating vision problems. There are far safer and better drugs."
-- Pot as Medicine, Washington Post, February 7, 1997>

Plus, I just cannot ever envision the American Heart Association supporting smoked marijuana as medicine.

I've got a question for you. How did they ever get the mice to smoke those little doobies? And if they were trained to smoke, how did they ever get them to share?

Don't bogart that joint, my friend ....

According to my blood specialist, that is a bogus statement. Blood vessels expansion, and blood pressure drops, are most often associated with marijuana use.

The AHA gets a large chunk of money from the fedrool gumt. I am sure they will stay on the gumt's bandwagon...

...mice are verrrry creative!
