I'll say this and then leave.
You are the ones that have been wrong for all these years. You are the ones who have repeatedly mis-stated the law. Haven't you ever wondered why, despite all the repeated hearings, trials, appeals and dozens of Judges reviewing the law, Judge Greer's decisions have never been overturned??
Or are you so deluded that you actually believe that the entire judiciary, law enforement, EMTs and the treating phyisicians are ALL involved in some massive conspiracy against Terri Schiavo. A conspiracy involving dozens if not hundreds of proffesional people, virtually none of whom knew Terri or Michael Schiavo.
No, despite the dulusions of people on this board, there is no conspiracy, only hysteria.

NEVER in all the court cases that you discuss, ever was the evidence re-examined. The evidence that Terri would want to be staved and de-hydrated to death. That was ruled on ONE TIME by George "Kill 'em Greer" and never again.
So to all of us who saw what you saw and saw Judicial Homocide, none of the other court cases mattered. Once a Judge Makes a ruling he can't be over turned unless he made a procedural error. Unless of course you are a Death Row criminal, then you get your case tried all over again in Criminal Court and a brand new Federal Judge looks brand new at the evidence.
Terri NEVER got her chance in Federal Court because she died befroe she could have a trial. The b*stard Federal Judges would not issue an emergency stay of inserting her feeding tube so that she could get her trial.
So don't mis lead everyone with how many times this was heard in court, the evidence was only heard one time, by George kill 'em Greer and no other Judge or Judges ever looked at the evidence again.
And just why were the rights of Terri Schaivo never protected in all the 15 years of trials?
Her family never won one round did they? How come?
Why was the fact that her husband had another wife and two children and was still by the courts allowed to make life and death determinations for an invalid wife? If it had been the other way around, do you really think the law would have overlooked that point? No, they would not.
The law in this case used every interpretation in its power to put Terri to death. They ignored the fact that the law stated a feeding tube could not be removed, they ignored a federal subpoena, they ignored a law calling for another review with new eyes. Why? Because the powerful euthanasia forces wanted the test case on the books for a precedent of accepting "hearsay evidence" instead of written instructions, and Michael wanted his wife dead.
Don't bother telling us the law did this, the law did that. We know exactly what the law is doing in Louisiana - it is allowing some to impose a faster death on the weak. Why? Assets? Property? Who knows?
We can see through the smoke screen of all of this as can over 50% of the American public. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but not all of the people all of the time.
We know what they are up to.
