Sounds great Mark, but here's the problem. These two words describe the result of such a party:
President Hillary.
A better solution is to re-take the GOP.

Re: "President Hillary."
I don't know about that, perhaps. One of the reasons I recommend a platform that is critical of the corporate culture is because it might peal away voters from the DNC as well as the social conservative from the GOP. I think most people look at dims as much in the pocket of corporations but differ in degree. Give them a real choice and they may consider the switch. Also the race card has to be considered. I am a Catholic convert but I would be very hesitant to vote for Buchannan because I perceive him as a little racist, and I am a born and bred white Southerner. If he strikes me so just consider what the Black community feels, so Pence will need to pass the sniff test. I do not know him. Also the GOP is so corrupt I have serious trust issues, fear of commitment so to speak. I cite the Santorum syndrome, talks the talk but stabs us in the back. He has been hanging with Specter too long. Considering it has only been 6 years in the Senate it is not looking very promising that Santorum will pull out of it. I fear he is terminal and will need the feeding tube pulled this November.
I wish your man the best of luck but the GOP will need to deliver or perish.
