I don't believe anyone is "content" with slavery and oppression.

People in N. Korea are starving to death. I don't believe anyone should be "content" with that -- not in N. Korea and not here in the U.S.

In 1990, there was no famine, just shortage. Even if they wanted, people can't do any better due to suffocating state control. However, after millions started to die in mid 90's, they broke the barrier.
