well then there is nothing to worry about. if as you say there are no consumers who are willfully intending to defraud credit card companies, then they should be unaffected by having stricter bankruptcy regulations. I know I could care less about this law.

Well lets just hope you never have a serious illness, accident or other negative event in your lifetime that affects your income.... (of course 70% of people will have an event like this occur in their lives over any 10 years) and find credit card companies won't accept your attempts to pay them and harrass you and your family illegally to collect their debts.

Who knows, maybe you will be one of the lucky ones who will manage getting through your entire lives without one of these things happening to you.
