The 9th circuit says: it’s OK for others to use your domain and/or trademark to say “You suck!” We plan on talking about how the 9th circuit's recent decision to allow people to register other’s domain names (even if they are trademarked!) with the word “Sucks” appended to it (i.e. GoDaddySucks.com) could affect your business and you personally. We'll tell you what you can and should do about it.

Why would I want the power of the federal government (which sucks) to restrict the right of free citizens to announce that other entities suck (in that individual's opinion)?
