If this is true,I think that he may have lost his US
citizenship, depending on a number of factors.
Manure.
Has at least as much accumen as "Ahhhhnold"
I just love these one issue voters. </ sarcasm>
Bonafides aside, I think MG loves his children
too much to expose them to such a microscopic
political prison.
One word. NO.
No he was not born in Australia. His family moved to Australia when he was about 12. And I don't think the rule is that you have to be born in the US. You just have to be born a US citizen. Even if he had been born in Australia, he'd be a US citizen because his parents were.
ahh...I see, we are brainstorming here. No choice is incorrect...YET.
If he's an australian citizen, he can't run.
"traditionalists hold to the position of extra ecclesia nulla salus (no salvation outside the Catholic Church)"
Most traditionalists believe in baptism by desire. They're against the Church engaging in dialogue with non-Catholics, but they don't believe that you have to be Catholic to go to Heaven. Remember that it was Pius XII who excommunicated Leonard Feeney. The Society of St. Pius X, the Society of St. Pius V and the sedevacantist groups (we're all sedevacantists now...) all condemn Feeneyism on their web sites.
Mel has a good set of principles.
He has decent values too.
IMO he is a more well rounded person than Pres. Bush, McCain, Rice, Lott, Frist, Cheyney, or any other Pubbie you can think of that is currently in the national spotlight.
He would be a great president...
Or a lot of conservatives for that matter. He was against the Iraq war and has made some unflattering remarks about Bush.
I'm sure Mel is a great guy
But he has no political experience and would be in way over his head
Face the facts .. he ain't ever gonna be President
>> Additionally, traditionalists hold to the position of extra ecclesia nulla salus (no salvation outside the Catholic Church), a belief that would not endear him to evangelicals.
I think he was very ecumenical with the Passion of the Christ. He promoted the film amongst Evangelicals...
KOOK CITY!!
Arnie had no politcal experience...
Plus, he can get involved now, and learn the ropes...
Did you see this?
I'm one who believes this to be a good thing.
