Yay, Kansas--- I saw where a Texas rep. had proposed a similar bill---I hope it at least makes it to a vote---I want a bill that can't be overturned by the neighborhood judge!
the aclu will come in threaten litigation and it will all be for naught. wait and see. they have ALL the power!
