So, we should put you in the category of those who believe Terri HAD a true and fair trial?

Not that I really want to get off on this dead horse topic--to use a bad metaphor.

You can put me in the category of those who believe (a) that at least 75% of what gets said about her trial is untrue, (b) we - none of us - can ever know for certain if her trial was completely fair, but (c) if there was any inherent unfairness in the proceeding, it most certainly would've been pointed out either by the 2nd DCA in the exhaustive reviews they made of her case or by one of her three guardians ad litem, who were all very qualified and appeared to be very competent.

I'll add (d) - one who is very suspicious of allegations of "unfairness" in the original trial when they grow and multiply the further away from that trial one gets.
