What's the point of Bush helping Clinton cover his tracks? Did he make a deal with the Clintons--they won't have him Arkancided and he won't do anything that would jeopardize Hillary's run in 2008?

While that may be a bit of a stretch, who knows for sure? Bush sure has been openly friendly to Billy lately, especially letting him accompany them to the Pope's funeral...and Berger should be hanging from a tree, but he gets sent to his room, and no dessert.
