Nothing would be wrong IF they paid taxes. Many are paid under the table. They are not registered in our tax systems. They do not pay anything into the system. Therefore, they should get nothing back.

So you're saying that anyone can get social security worker benefits without paying into the system? That's news to me. In fact, they allow you to send for a statement every year that tells you how much you've earned and how much your social security check will be based on how much you've contributed by way of your salary.

I guess I should not have said that they do not pay anything into the system, but they definitely do not pay in as much as they get from the system. They falsify records, obtain SSN's and then claim totalization.

Take a look at this. It may help you understand the problem:

Social Security 'Totalization'

Wait a cotton-pickin (no offense to immigrant cotton-pickers, legal or illegal) minute! How come you are ready to trust data from the Social Security Administration but not the US Border Patrol? Using your logic wouldn't the SSA be at least as biased as any other source with an agenda? You seem like a nice person so please consider abandoning Your Own Private Alamo. There is a swell book that might help you called The Fallacy Detective. After reading it I trust you will do a better job arguing whatever point you are trying to make. http://www.triviumpursuit.com/catalog/the_fallacy_detective.htm
