Don't be too sure.....imagine a grass roots movement, spurred by local organizations across the country that organizes a coordinated national volunteer effort.
Rotating in people from across the country; snow birds, retirees, patriots, et al.
It doesn't take people with tanks & rocket launchers...spotters seem to be working well!
