What does it mean if somebody is listed multiple times?

I don't know, but the one I had showed 2 arrests for the same type of crime.

Looks like an outer join gone bad. For the nonSQL geeks, I don't think it means anything about the person, just that the database is being queried sloppily.

Well, in Taxachusetts, critters are listed once if they live in a location and again if they work in a location. The codes appear to be L for live, W for work, and O for other (e.g., homeless).

It appears that each distinguishing characteristic (scar, tattoo, etc.) calls out a separate listing for the same person. Bad database design/management.
