15 and several are grandfathers....do they differentiate between offenders who are, say, 18 year old boys who have a girlfriend who is 16, and predators who offend?
Negative. There was a controversial case not too long ago about a high school kid who got tagged as a sex offender for having sex with his girlfriend. I would imagine such cases are in the minority, though.
