Good precedent. Let's apply that to criminal cases too. One court, one judge, one decision.

You're getting way off the subject. They were losing long before the circus started. There is no reason for the entire judicial system of Florida to conspire to kill this one woman.

You're still assigning some relevance to the 'media circus' as to the outcome. You're still contending that one court, one judge, one decision meets the standard of due process. I went where you took the subject.

Maybe, maybe not.

But there are two denominators that are often present when justice gets run over roughshod. Money and back-skratching.

After the suit settlement, there was a LOT of money floating around - and it did NOT go to Terri's care, as directed.

Judges, like doctor's cover one another's buts...a lot of rubber stamping...
