I'm sorry, but that is not correct.

38.10 is for prejudice, and have the Schindlers filed such a petition? Or did they go under 38.02, the statute for generally asking a judge to recuse himself, which is up to the judge, subject to appeal.

In any case, had the Schindlers asked Greer to recuse himself, and they could back up the petition, Greer would not have been on the case anymore. The fact that he was on it to the end shows there was no reason for recusal.

That's your spin on it. The fact of the matter is Greer broke laws; you spit on those as well as the established case law presented above.

Yes just like there was no reason for him to give the woman a restraining order against her husband. Its okay that she was found stabbed to death by her husband shortly after that. Greer is the LAW right.

Some sheeple need to wake up here. This is not the type of democracy that other countries need to receive. It is a corrupted system.MCD
