I meant this one judge is only a part of a very large judicial process. I can understand one judge making bad decisions, but not the number of judges who have have seen this case.

They may have "seen" it but they didn't LOOK at it - they simply rubber-stamped their colleagues ruling. BIG difference - they refused to look at any opposing evidence.

Better pray you don't find yourself in court for anything one day - you may be sorely shocked to find there isn't always justice in justices.

Don't forget that most if not all of the judges that Terri's case came before never actually reviewed it or heard it. All they did was bump it around and deny appeals or refuse to look at it.

That's why Felos was such a liar when he said that 19 judges ruled on Terri's case.

All of the other judges just bumped it around and kept passing it back to Greer because they weren't about to step on another judge's toes. None of them actually dug into the evidence or gave Terri's case a fair shot. If they had they would now be, like Greer, impeachable for causing this murder to happen. .

They are all members of the judicial mafia that is holding this country hostage.

Chaney is just trying to protect the good old boys. I say to he@# with the Republican Party and to he@# with these low life judges. The Republicans don't want the truth to come out about Terri now because it will only make them look worse.

I hope Delay brings em all down.
