It matters if you consider libertarians as conservative. Remember this is the country where in recent polls 75% support marijuana decriminalization and 50% support outright legalization.
If you consider conservatism as less government, less regulation, less taxes, etc. Than its over 15%. If you consider Conservatism as wanting to go back to an Edwardian country, I say 10%.
