Frist is coming out against Delay. I'm not at all surprised. Check the following article out from Fox News. It was reported on *Special Report*, on Fox News. I'm getting really tired of the way Fox News continues to support what happened to Terri.

Frist OK With Court System After Schiavo Case
Tuesday, April 05, 2005

WASHINGTON — Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (search) said Tuesday that federal judges' rejection of efforts by Congress to keep Terri Schiavo (search) alive will not affect the escalating dispute between Democrats and Republicans over President Bush's judicial nominees.

"I don't associate the two issues directly," Frist told reporters.

Frist, R-Tenn., declined to join with conservatives who have complained about the federal court system in relation to the Schiavo case. "I believe we have a fair and independent judiciary today," he said.
END OF QUOTE.

Notice what Frist said above. "I believe we have a fair and independent judiciary today."

How can Senate Majority Leader Frist say the judiciary is fair? Frist appears to be just another HINO. It's a stinking shame that they removed Sen. Lott, as the Majority Leader.
