Justice for Terri MAY THREAD STARTS RIGHT ABOUT HERE. I'll think of something to write this week to kick off May. I was doing spring cleaning all day today. Hope everyone is doing well. Thanks for the rose, amdgmary.
It becomes clearer than ever before that the philosophical groundwork for this pro-death movement goes back at least to the 1920's (pre-Nazi, including here in America), AND that the political movement to advance it has been operating in stealth for maybe 30 years. It seems to me to be a natural component of fallen human nature, existing throughout all human society (and why Christianity is such a break with the secular world which judges on supposed usefulness rather than value). Given all that, it is evidence of the deep impression that the unjust execution of Terir Schiavo has made on people, that we dare try to do what we can to undo a system so entrenched in modern American society. I'm glad we're working together on this mission rather than despairing alone.
