Do you have any idea what has happened to the Empire Journnal? Nothings there. I hope they come back.

It says "under construction." I hope they weren't hacked again.

Hopefully, they are just giving their newspaper a new look or doing some updating.

Scoop1 was banned/suspended from FR on about 4/19 for, once again, threatening fellow FReepers whom she perceived to be "disagreeing" with her with legal action. There was one particularly contentious--and frankly, bizarre--thread, now pulled, that was apparently the last straw for Free Republic.

That same week, Scoop1's partner announced her intention to disassociate herself from The Empire Journal, effective 4/22/05. Shortly after that, the website was wiped clean, and the "under construction" notice posted on the home page.

I believe that June (Scoop1) has some other "journal" website that she may be posting articles on now, but I don't know the name of it. I expect that someone else here might be able to post a link to it.

you can find TEJ's work at northcountygazette or northcountry gazette. I'm not sure. You'll need to google for it. Those were great Terri archives. But, I got the good stuff before the site went under construction.

FYI: TEJ will return but is under construction at the moment. I can't give you a date certain. That's what Judge Greer does, the barbaric cretin.
