This was published in the main section of the Houston Chronicle, today. ABC Nightly news had a video segment on the 5:00pm news this evening. I wasn't paying very close attention, but they did show some of the organizers. They also showed some pickup trucks full of people on the other side of the border. There was a video photographer on the Mexican side taping the Minutemen.

DANGER," said the flier underneath a picture of two rifles. "Hundreds of American vigilantes are patrolling the border between Agua Prieta and Naco. Some of them are armed."

Good, scare the heck out of them maybe than they will go away and stay away.

Opening his morning paper, Dummaz Nomorase, saw that once againt the front page was filled with pictures of the human debris from the carnage of the night before; shrugging, he walked to the coffee pot, put two scoops of high-test in the strainer and poured the boiling water in.

Hardly missing a beat, he snatched the cup with only half its side filled towards the brim, slugged it down, opened the cutlery drawer and slit his throat, again.

Meanwhile, an alarm went off at the EMT station, and Les D. Tirdsweeper, swore under his breath, "Geez, not this early!"

People are saying that if they violate the law and/or are responsible for violence this will be a failure. Thats bull. This will fail if they spend their time on the border and nothing happens thats newsworthy. They need to go down there and commence shooting whatever crosses that border. That is what will force a response from the government. We should be hoping they will get the feeling that "we better secure the border or these guys will go down there killing anything that moves."

"Hundreds of American vigilantes are patrolling the border between Agua Prieta and Naco. Some of them are armed."

So that means there are mostly unarmed "vigilantes"?

Ernesto Peraza, director of the YMCA Hostel for Migrant Minors in Agua Prieta, said many border crossers will simply avoid the 23-mile area where the U.S. volunteers are stationed.

I'll remember this the next time the YMCA has a fund-raising drive - they are aiding and abetting the migrants in Mexico
