As a non-Catholic this is pure sport to me. I'm not wagering on it, but I think they'd be smart with a move like this or one to a South American. If you want to say - go where the problems are - Africa is pretty much the largest wreckage on the face of the earth. On the other hand if you want to expand the franchise - the Brazilian Cardinal looks like a good choice.
