That's exactly what to worry about with Michael Schiavo. I could see him disgarding Terri's remains somewhere else and no one will ever know.

In all other cases, it's perfectly fine to do just that. But not Micheal for some reason. His rights as a husband don't seem to count. My mother scattered my fathers ashes at the cabin where he liked to go fishing. None of his brothers and sisters came demanding that they get some too. In fact, I've never hear if it ever happening before.
Mr. Schindler is special for some reason.

This guy is such a control freak when it comes to Terri and he's so obsessed with keeping her parents away from even her remains, I would bet good money that whatever box of ashes is placed in a grave or crypt with her name on it will NOT be hers. Once he takes the box from the crematorium, that's it.
For those who say it no longer matters, I can only say that I believe it matters a great deal to him. This will be his final victory and the continuing evidence of his ultimate control and ownership of Terri. If the court tells him he can't hide her official grave site then he simply won't put her remains there. He will enjoy thinking about her family visiting her phony grave.
