Maybe Greer's conscience is getting to him
What conscience?
Greer also denied a request by her parents for a lock of her hair and share of her ashes.
Speaking from personal experience, I'd like to ask....are there any parents out there who have buried a child without keeping a lock of the child's hair??? Judge Greer: Where does the Constitution address denying the parents a lock of hair????

Judge Greer: Where does the Constitution address denying the parents a lock of hair???? The kindly jurist would reply, "Where does the Constitution address granting the parents a lock of hair?"

This is just pure heartless. What in the world would it hurt for her parents to have a lock of her hair???

It almost seems like Judge Greer, from the get-go, took an instant disliking of Terri's parents and an instant fascination or attraction or something for Mikey Shiavo. (I don't mean a crush.) After that, Mikey could do not wrong. Am I missing something here?

Judge Greer: Where does the Constitution address denying the parents a lock of hair???? Where would Greer get the right to own someone's life and body the way he has asserted he owned Terri Schindler?
He ordered a death order against her. Not the guardian, he did. What law, what portion of the Constitution makes him the owner of her? That is the runnning theme behind everything this criminal has done. He simply decided she was his property, to use and dispose of as he pleased.
Some things don't change with certain people in the South.

Greer also denied a request by her parents for a lock of her hair and share of her ashes. It is possible to analyze hair samples to determine drug content, It might have pointed to foul play.
I think the Judge is covering for MS again.
