Carlos Perez del Castillo of Uruguay of the TRIPS council, which settled an accord allowing countries hit by HIV/AIDS to override drugs patents to help get cheap medicines
Helped to destroy property-rights in the international arena by forcing pharmaceutical companines to allow "poor countries" to make their own versions of drugs violating patents, or by forcing them to sell the drugs as lower costs to the "poor countries" forcing Americans to subsidize their generousity by paying more to make up the difference.
Pascal Lamy of France
France is a faithful ally of America.
Luiz Felipe de Seixas Correa of Brazil
Brazils agricultural sector, biggest threat to US producers,is using the WTO to put American cotton farmers out of business.
