TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - Legal setbacks for Terri Schiavo's parents continue even after the brain-damaged woman's death.
The Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office denied the parents' request to have independent medical experts observe Schiavo's autopsy has been denied.
Over their seven-years-long legal battle, Bob and Mary Schindler sought independent investigation of their daughter's condition. They wanted to select a neuropathologist and a forensic expert to observe her autopsy.
The autopsy was completed yesterday. Results are not expected for several weeks.
Terri Schiavo's body was cremated today. Her husband plans to bury her remains in a family plot in Pennsylvania. He is required to tell the Schindlers about any memorial services he plans for her, and where the ashes are interred.
The Schindlers have planned their own memorial service for their daughter Tuesday night in Gulfport.

This is the 2nd article I have read where it says Michael Schiavo must tell his in-laws where Terri's ashes are buried. Is this a law? Is it after the funeral/ceremony?
You might be interested to read what this "scuzzy" lawyer has written - he wrote a book some time ago - there's some passages on threads in FR - he sees himself and a sort of angel of death - thinks he's doing people a wonderful service by putting them out of their misery.
there is one doctor they used to falsely state that Terri's was without a brain - etc etc (this same doctor testified in the famous Robert Wendland case in California in the 1990's) there is a cabal of these deathCrats -
Decent people can't conceive of such evil - and that is the naivete they count on...This "See no evil..." allows them the time they need to get established

Perhaps, but there'd be a limit to how many PVS cases could be declared 'unknown causes' before things started to smell. Throwing in a random mix of hypokatemia, anoxia, infections, etc. might help hide the pattern.
I think it's simply Greer's effort to seem less evil while he offers Michael yet another way to torture his in-laws.

Everett Rice, former Pinellas County Sheriff, used to sit on the board of directors of the Hospice of Florida Suncoast, with GEORGE FELOS. "Suncoast" is the corporation which operates the Woodside Hospice in Pinellas Park where Terri Schiavo was starved to death.
Everett Rice was also the same Pinellas County Sheriff who repeatedly refused to investigate the abuse allegations filed by Florida's Dept of Children and Families against one Michael Schiavo. The DCF brought these abuse allegation before one Judge George W. Greer.
At about the same time, Sheriff Everett Rice hired Michael Schiavo to work in his Pinellas County Jail's medical unit. Everett Rice is also a close friend of Judge Greer's, and he authorized the use of a Sheriff's cruiser and a Sheriff's Deputy to appear in a TV ad for the election of the good Judge Greer.
Judge Greer has also limited the scope of the autopsy, (the Schindler's request for a brain autopsy by a Board Certified Neuropathologist, (which Thogmartin is NOT, is apparently bieng denied.)
But hey, there's nothing going on here, just move along please.

You SHOULD be offended by that imagery; EVERYONE should be, because that is probably how Terri looked (maybe worse) when she died. I see nothing wrong with posting that imagery; sometimes it takes pictures to make people really understand an atrocity, such as this is. So, in this case, I feel this imagery AND comparison to the Nazis is entirely appropriate, and if it's not stopped, we'll be there sooner than we think!
We have suffered the most. That is a fact. Now live with it.
