If someone threatened you or me, they wouldn't give us police protection. Even if we knew who threatened us we'd be lucky if a judge would issue a restraining order.

Sad but true. The 5 year old who called 911 about her parents being dead is the most recent case. Her parents were threatened by a neighbor and a Judge refused to issue a restraining order. The neighbor thought they had turned him into police for growing pot. He murdered them and then killed himself and it turns out they weren't even the ones who had turned him in.
Didn't Greer not grant a restraining order to a woman and she was murdered shortly after. One would think Greer would forever be trying to atone for that.... Instead he is committed to getting others killed.
