He wouldn't give the parents a lock of her hair? I hope the parents kept some from when Terri was a girl. Not sure what DNA testing might be good for, but as technologies improve there might be something interesting there.

I know!I thought he had sunk to his lowest when he ordered the family out of the room in her last moments,but this is even worse than that!This man is pure evil!
