I went and googled Thogmartin and she is exactly right. Do it yourself if you doubt it. Two men were in prison for killing infants by shaking them. The prior ME had totally misdiagnosed the cases. The men insisted they were innocent and Thogmartin reviewed the results of the autopsies and said they were done badly and inaccurately. The ME he testified about was the one who did the McPherson case. Thogmartin's testimony freed these men.
