News reports indicate he is subject only to a three year revocation of his clearance...unless it is permanently revoked.

he won't pass a new investigation with that on there....

you get reinvestigated every 5 years. a 3 year revocation will put him well into expiration and he can just forget it. Besides, I doubt he will be in a position that requires a clearance after this and they won't waste the money on him.
