"When the nurses and OBGYNs are pushing the drugs during child birth they conveniently don't tell of side effects."
Nonsense. In health care I hear stuff like this all the time, and then when you pull the recored and show them the consent they signed that CLEARLY lists the side effects of a given procedure, and the doctor/nurse notes that document the discussion of risks/benefits of the procedure, then the complainer says something like "Gosh, I forget we discussed it". People are so full of it.

Aahh! Now I get it.
Someone practicing medicine outside of the accepted establishment, such as a home birth and midwife, is a threat to you both financially and authoritatively.
You aren't a bore at all - just a dishonest debator with an agenda.

Sorry, I have been there for all 4 of my children's birth. While in a lot of pain they want you to sign the consent forms. And the nurses are pushing the patient to take the drugs. ie Are you in a lot of pain? How about some newbane?
They don't tell the patient the baby will come out "drunk" on the newbane!
They push the epidural. Yet don't tell them in many cases it slows down contractions.
Like I said in my previous post. The mid wife and the birth center in the country was the best. It cut out the money grubbing drug pushers!
