A rather oblique evasion, Luis. There is so much that points toward there being no clear understanding of Terri's wishes, the fitness of of her abusive husband (I'd say forced neglect for more than a decade qualifies as abusive), the inappropriateness of Greer presiding over the case when material surfaced that showed his clear conflict of interest ... I won't argue with you further, Luis, but this is not as cut and dried Justice as you seem to believe. The process failed to afford Terri due process and that is what needs to be addressed for future adjudications regarding the disabled, before euthanasia inveigles this nation.
