I share your concerns re: Zogby's special sauce. However, it is my understanding that pro-Terri people paid for him to include these particular questions in his poll, so in this case, I don't think Zogby's slant had much of an effect.
If nothing else it shows the bias of the other MSM polls, and how wording can affect the percentages drastically.
Sounds like something your liberal friends in Mass. are saying. I doubt that Zogby would do that. He is a liberal Democrat as is his brother. However, he does seem to take pride in his craft, with the exception of the 2004 election which he tried to slant toward Kerry.
