"La Migra" is what the illegals call the Border Patrol. "Viva la Migra" means "Long Live the Border Patrol" in a language that the illegals and their enablers can understand. It was just about the quickest way to get them to start hurling F bombs for the cameras. A few times they started some chant in spanish that I could not understand.

La Migra is what the Mexicans call the Border Patrol agents. They wear a cap with a mean little kid pi**ing on the words La Migra.

What does "viva la migra" mean for those of us Spanishly challenged? Long live..........?

It's a popular brand of ice cream sold in the area, delivered by polite smiling young men in their green uniforms.

Look for the clean white trucks with the green stripe; Hey, here comes La Migra now!

"La Migra" is Mexican slang for U.S. INS or the Border Patrol. So the phrase "Viva la Migra" means long live INS.
