Howdy everyone!
It's time for our 2nd quarter FReepathon!
Well, we're fresh back from the Inaugural Ball II and now we're getting ready for the March for Justice II! I know there's been a lot of divisiveness on the forum lately due to some very emotional issues, but we must keep our eye on the ball. It's time to regroup, recharge and refocus on the main objectives. We cannot allow the conservative movement to splinter any further, thereby allowing the liberals a chance to retake the advantage. We've got them on the run and we have an historical opportunity to crush Marxism and return freedom to our land.
Right now our number one short-term goal should be to reform the judiciary. No matter what your hot button issue is, the liberal activist judiciary is your number one political foe. Whether your highest priority issue is abortion, religion, gay marriage, the gay agenda, the feminist agenda, whacko environmentalism, crime, terrorism, illegal immigration, welfare, education, affirmative action, property rights, states rights, free speech, gun control, tort reform, etc, etc, the liberal activist judiciary is on the wrong side. What the liberals can't get enacted through constitutional means, they simply have the Men in Black enact for them through liberal activism.
The liberal activist judiciary must go! If we are ever to be free again, we must install constitutionally minded judges. We must break the filibuster and end the Democrat obstructionism. We must continue expanding the conservative majority in the congress.
It will be critical for us to do all we possibly can during the next few months to help the president get his judicial nominees through the senate. And we must do all we can before the '06 elections to help advance conservative candidates! The Democrats must be defeated!
Free Republic will be the place to be to get the latest breaking news and conservative commentary during these exciting times and the place to be for planning and executing conservative activist projects. Please consider making a donation today to help us keep the lights on.
Thank you all very much and I hope to see many of you in Washington, DC on April 7 for the March for Justice!! If you can't go, please consider helping someone from your chapter or state get there. We must have members from every state and every chapter present!
Ok, I'm in for $20.
Not a lot, but it gets Ireland on the scoreboard! :-)
Thanks for everything Jim! :-)
Just sent off my contribution! (The check is in the mail!)
Howdy, Happygal.
$20 may not be a lot, and I can't do much more than that either, but if every FReeper did $20, it would amount to be HUGH!
(Where else could one learn the meaning of Hugh and Series and the Bunnies and pancakes!)
:-)
"... This is a wonderful description of what Free Republic really is. It is a living and evolving Life Form to battle the left wingers and those who would destroy this country!
The Free Republic Life Form enables us to discover the truth about what is happening. We can avoid the spin of the major mediots as they work 24/7 to weaken this country. We come to the Free Republic Life Form to find the truth! ...
Free Republic needs a constant infusion of cash to keep the Free Republic Life Form alive, viable and to grow. If we believe in Free Republic, we must donate each month or quarterly to keep this incredible life form alive...
Good stewardship is what this world needs, not good intentions. Good conservative stewards will insure that the Free Republic Life Form continues to grow, be viable and thrives! "
Thank YOU, RottiBiz!
Well, I'm going to ping a few of my Irish Freeper friends and see if they can spare a few euros for the cause. :-)
"It'll be interesting to see how this exodus is going to effect the fundraising this quarter. Let's see if the pro-lifers are as generous as they think they are."
