Fewer than 30% of smokers die of cancer related diseases. Of the 30%, we are currently unaware of what percentage are afflicted with nonsmoking related cancer. Regardless, big government has ingrained upon us the idea that smoking kills 30% of those who partake, not the other way.

In your wonderful example, taking the time to highlight the true facts, 29% considered it murder, no non-relateds in this case. Only 54% viewed it as otherwise.

So in the comparison, 70%+ of smokers do not die of cancer related diseases, yet big government forces the 30% down our throats. And in your case, backwards, you insist on disregarding the 29% and pushing the meager 54%. I guess whatever fits best.

My point is not that the 29% is insignificant. It's very significant!

But NewsMax should have reported all the poll results instead of just cherry-picking the numbers that look good for the Schindler side.
