Civil courts in general (probate, divorce, bankruptcy, etc.) are not equipped with the same safeguards that appear in criminal courts, or where the stakes are life & death.

When the hit men in Black Robes do anything illegal that
can get away with it because other judges will cover up for
them and no single lawyer will try and bring down a judge.
The lawyer would never win a case.
The corruption in the court rooms is all across the country. Now we have Doctors,Lawyers,Judges and Hospitals
that are interested in the dying, they no longer want to
cure people, wealth and fame come from body parts, research
and organ transplants.
Two years ago I went to the hospital with 2 broken arms,
due to a fall. The hospital left me laying there all day,
didn't help me until late that evening, they were trying
to over dose me with morphine. One person yelled out look
at all those bubbles, the nurse got mad and pull the tube
out. By an act of God the morphine wouldn't kick in. I also
had a serious head injury and they refuse to check it out.
One of the workers at the hospital called my daughter and
my daughter and granddaughter came to get me.

That is exactly what I've been saying too. After Michael turned his nose up at the Million dollar offer to transfer guardianship to the parents and get on with his "common-law wife" and kids: I figured he was either a willful idiot, or he had much more to gain. It will be interesting to see just exactly what he's has gained from all this.

Thanks for the info. I read somewhere that he was only a probate court judge.

But this makes it that much worse, that he was ignoring important evidence and accepting tainted hearsay evidence in life or death decision, and sentenced an innocent woman to death, because her husband living with his mistress wanted her dead.

Scott Peterson should have checked with Michael Schiavo first on how to kill his wife legally. Maybe MS will write a "How to" book about it.
