In your scenarios: While the President or the Governor now would have Terri in custody, how would they, the President or the Governor, then have been able to get the courts to hear their cases or investigate?
I would guess that they would have scored exactly as "unsuccessfully" as the Schindlers, again -- unfortunately!!!
WHAT would you then have suggested the next step to be regarding Terri's future, ---"warehousing" her for ever???
