They just wouldn't listen,

I know you are in heaven now... You fought the good fight.
You have inspired a nation and a world to preserve life...
A silent witness's testimony to the depth of your being.
They can not say you were not there...because you touched me.

Fly Free Terri ......... fly with the angels....
Free from the confines of your tragic earthly limitations...
Free to walk unhurriedly on the gilded paths of kinder heaven...
Free to stand in the radiant light of our Savior's pure love...
Free to unfold your loving arms and embrace your true guardian...
Free to join with the angels in triumphant celestial choir...
Free to splash in pools of hallowed compassionate angel tears...
Free to converse with cherubim and seraphim on a gentle plain...
Free to drink freely from the living waters of our Lord's love...

Fly Free Terri.....We won't forget you....
you have left your eloquent lessons on our hearts.


We called them... we marched... we emailed.... we debated...
we screamed.... we raged against the injustice waged upon you...
we reasoned.... we huddled.... we cringed.... we endured....
we prayed.... fervently..... endlessly..... we hoped....
we always had hope.... each tiny victory brought relief....
each defeat..... we did not break down into despair...
We know you fought.... struggled.... and showed determination....
we know that you did not want to go.... you clung to hope....
you did not despair either Terri... you just went on....

You have shown us the enemy.... and we will prevail....

Terri in Heaven,

Terri, as God holds you to his heart, and Jesus has welcomed you into God's kingdom, know that we will never forget your immense struggle to live against incredible injustices leveled against you.

Terri, you taught me so much, and I love you for it.

Your parents and brother and sister on earth are four of the most remarkable people I have ever witnessed, in their struggle to bring you to your earthly home, where loving care could have been administered.

You spoke more eloquently in your captivity under the strong arm of a incredibly cruel man whose actions were protected by a judge who broke every guardianship law regarding investigation of abuse charged possible.

We will work to see that this is corrected...the spirit of our laws was never meant to crush a person's right to a thorough review.

Your suffering exposed such immense flaws in our system of laws, and the willfulness of judges determined to ignore evidence pointing to horrific abuse.

We know God held you as deep thrist and hunger raked through your body, and we know that as you breathed your last, those who would deny you even basic loving care, thought your last moments were with them, but they were not. We know you were already embraced by Jesus, far away from their evil actions.

And terri, even as the bishop of your church fled, bishop lynch, who ordered all of his employees to avoid your plight.....TERRI.......THE POPE STOOD IN THE GAP FOR YOU and made you a part of HIS LIFE!

Michael may have denied your parents a final mass....BUT TERRI...your name and your life was upon the hearts of millions across the globe as the final mass for your beloved Pope and the mass said after you moved on to Heaven, held in Washington DC.

You moved mountains, Terri, with your courageous will to live.

You are an inspiration and we love you, honey, and feel comforted thinking of you embraced by you Pope in Heaven.

Know that we will not fail to act to see that your story is never forgotten.

And know that your parents are loved for their struggle as are your brother and sister.

God continue to bless the Schindlers with overwhelming love and compassion.

Hey Terri....michael can't HURT YOU ANY MORE!

You are free.....and we will see you someday!

Meantime...we will support your parents who loved you with every breath they took...they knew you Terri, and through them, we did too!
