Rise up how? Do what? We need to change the way the courts operate...no question, but we have the legal means to do so if we wish to.
Not with violence, but with the tools in our Constitution which allow for judicial reform.
What if the constitution option is tried in congress, and the filibusters are stopped -- then a judge says unconstitutional. So long as the authority of the constitution is usurped by men and women in black robes telling us what we can and cannot do, we are not free.
