All I meant was that after the Florida legislature changed the law to include food and water as "life support", he was basically within the language of the law. However, the history of this case is chock full of improprieties, circumventions, and blatent conflicts of interest. He couldn't have been more one-sided if he had been on Shiavo's payroll.
Oh, I know about that part. But, even operating within that law, Greer broke other laws, many others. It's makes it obvious he had a bias and attorney Pat Anderson/Gibbs tried to get him to recuse himself 5 times and he refused...thus BREAKING YET ANOTHER FLORIDA LAW.
