Truly a black day in American history.
Clearly, Terri was a victim of judicial activism and murder. The Florida attorney General should launch an investigation, in conjunction with the State's House and Senate of judge Greer's conflicts of interest. Judge George Greer should be locked up for murder. The United States House of Representative should file against Greer for not following issued subpoenas. Up the food chain, Federal District Judge Whittemore and Appellate Justice Birch...should be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. They are not the law, nor above it. They were issued direction from Congress and then, thumbed their noses at the other two branches of government.

There is no courage in the executive or legislative branches of government. I will be shocked if they conduct any investigation or inquiry into this at all. They will move on to MORE IMPORTANT business for the PEOPLE. They are currently looking throughout the state of Florida for a rug that is large enough to sweep this under!

The FL attorney general is part of the Greer organization! He is expected to seek the governorship in 2006.

For
Felos' press conference coming up later day, I have this one question, which he can pass on to his boss:
"MICHAEL? MICHAEL SHIAVO?
YOU SPOKE TIME AND AGAIN THAT YOU REALLY WERE THE ONLY PERSON KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH TO CARRY OUT TERRI'S 'WISHES'. THEREFORE, YOU WOULD AGREE THAT HER WISH WAS YOUR WISH. YOU'VE HAD YOUR WISH. OH, AND BY THE WAY, SINCE YOU ARE THE ULTIMATE SPOKESMAN FOR TERRI IN HER REMAINING LIFE AND EVEN AFTER DEATH, LET ME ASK YOU: WOULD TERRI HAVE WISHED THAT HER MOM AND DAD AND BROTHER AND SISTER, WHOM SHE LOVED DEARLY, BE AT HER BEDSIDE AT THE TIME OF HER DEATH?? IS THE ANSWER 'YES'? NO? PLEASE ANSWER."
That's really my final question in all of this today, this 30th of March, 2005 and for Michael Schiavo. If Michael Schiavo cannot answer THAT one, then I guess we have to conclude, that it turns out he had no moral authority to have stood for Terri and her 'wishes' when she was alive, all along.
