Thanks for commanding the keyboard and providing a live report.
Your mom had steam coming out of her nostrils and ears over the slow LEO response and the subsequent delay tactics concerning the phony requirements for permits. I think she's really a red head at heart.

BTW bmwcyle was going to use androgynous person as a human shield if "phony Southern man" could fill his hand with anything more than his johnson.
